3 pounds chicken wing drumettes (patted dry with paper towels)

1/4 cup BBQ sauce

1 tablespoon orange zest (finely grated)

1/4 cup hot sauce

1/4 cup honey

1/4 cup Lusty Monk Alter Boy mustard

 

Honey Mustard Sauce

3 tablespoons butter

1/4 cup honey

2 tablespoons Lusty Monk Alter Boy mustard

Directions

1. Using a large bowl combine the barbeque sauce, orange zest, hot sauce, honey, and Lusty Monk mustard. Add the chicken, and toss to coat. Allow the drumettes to marinade in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, or overnight; tossing occasionally.

2. Fire up the grill. Grill the chicken on lightly oiled or sprayed grates over medium heat; grilling until fully cooked. (Internal Temperature 165F) While the chicken is grilling mix together the Honey Mustard sauce and set aside on warm.

3. When the chicken is done using a pastry brush coat the chicken with the Honey Mustard Sauce, turning as needed.
